Do you understand that housetraining, especially with a Manchester Terrier, can take up to 9 months of consistent effort and are you willing to devote that time consistently and positively?

Are you willing to spend the time, energy and money to employ an expert dog trainer if your dog develops inappropriate behaviors which you are unable to control or re-train yourself?

Do you agree to return the dog to the breeder if, for ANY REASON, you cannot keep the dog?
